Mom’s Barbecue Sauce

 Stuff you’ll need:

 1- 8 oz can tomato sauce

½ cup wine vinegar

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp molasses

¼ tsp dry mustard

½ tsp chili powder

½ tsp celery seed

¼ tsp garlic salt

1 pinch paprika

1 pinch oregano

1 pinch nutmeg

1 pinch thyme

1 tbsp dry green pepper flakes

 Preparation:

Simmer in a non-stick or stainless steel sauce pan for 1 ½ to 2 hours.  Can be used on anything but especially good with lean pork and rice cooked in consume’.  Enjoy!
